Pros

Nice people, nice environment, flexible workspace, and a stock option package for all employees. Nice place to work with various global colleagues.

Cons

Everyone is busy, but there is no clear solution to address the actual market needs. We keep talking about global alignment, but I wonder if leadership genuinely considers the real market conditions. Layoffs aren't the answer to keep the company's stock high.

Pros

Being an executive assistant at Autodesk can be a rewarding and challenging role as it offers opportunities for professional growth, influence, and close interaction with high-level leaders.

Cons

Potential drawbacks: long hours, high pressure, and work-life balance challenges. Given the fast-paced environment, managing workflow and disseminating information can be challenging.
