Pros

There are lots of good things about working at Autodesk - particularly the renumeration and benefits. There are lots of travel opportunities, depending on your role. It's a fairly innovative company. It's team dependent, but generally colleagues and managers can be awesome. Work-life balance is good.

Cons

Senior management (directors, VPs) just shuffle around and give promotions and jobs to their friends who have been there a long time (even under performers). Too many long-termers that stifle innovation. Very political. If you want a promotion you need to play the game hard. Although they have good HR policies, staff are just a number at the end of the day.
