Pros

Good benefits and good people to work with. Nice flex-location. Office is very nice and there are fun events often. Thankfully for no RTO.

Cons

Some of the ad campaigns have been awkward. The internal recruitment process leaves something to be desired and is not personal. Often poor communication and receiving the same rejection email as though you were an external canidate. A little more care from hiring managers and recruiters would go along way in keeping internal candidates optimistic.

Pros

Money it is not that great but they do have the best benefits package

Cons

Management in technical support lacks understanding of the product and the actual challenges of solving technical issues. This makes it hard for employees to get the right support. The team is kept chronically understaffed, which pushes people to take on an unsustainable workload and makes work-life balance very difficult. My direct manager, a woman, had very limited technical knowledge and very little management experience before joining Autodesk. As a result, she often struggled to make decisions effectively, and her lack of confidence or expertise created delays and confusion for the team. It often felt like she was set up in a role she wasn’t ready for, which impacted everyone’s ability to succeed. Raising feedback or new ideas often feels discouraged, and in my experience, speaking up about improvements can put your job security at risk. Employees also notice that staffing decisions sometimes occur before stock vests, which can feel unfair. Every year there are mass lay offs as well so
