Autodesk is a great employer who takes care of their employees and puts a lot of emphasis on mental health and work life balance. Very open and transparent communication, Management mostly open-minded and understanding.

Cons

HR in Barcelona is many times useless. Seems often like they are more representing the company then being the voice of employees. Especially when it comes to topics like salary. They are trying to keep people as low as possible, especially when you want to grow in the company internally, which is a very bad habit and is not a healthy company culture. Also, salaries are not competitive if you compare it to other Sales positions in other major companies in Barcelona and area.
