Good employer with decent benefits package though less than other tech companies in the space. One can live a very secure and content life at Autodesk. Lots of work to go around.

Cons

Hard to move the needle career-wise when not based in the US. The lens with which everyone looks at the world is a US lens. Unless you can manage that, progression will be harder.
