Great Culture. Smart People. Fantastic benefits and the CEO is generally good and cares about the people.

Cons

HR is a dumpster fire. Backstabbing, nepotism, promotions are impossible and new managers are thrown into situations without a lot of training. So many instances especially of bullying where the bullied is turned into the bully.

Cons

Like any big tech company, we have to evolve with the shifting landscapes of business and technology. This means you have to adapt rapidly to change, constantly stay relevant to business outcomes and maintain performance.
