Pros

Great salaries and work life balance Hard work and talent is well recognized, rewarded and afforded promotions

Cons

Company is very driven by quaterly results Not much real innovation for a software development company Lots of senior management around vision and goals Interested more in selling software than developing software Very bottom line driven Beware. Higher salary makes you a target during tough times.

Not bad, but definitely room for improvement.

Pros

Good pay, generally good people and atmosphere, open to flexible working and locations.

Cons

Still US-centric company if you want to advance in your career. HR seems weak - individual has to manage their career path with little help from others. Politics do sometimes get in the way to doing great work.
