Pros

My colleagues are brilliant and hardworking individuals. There are many different types of projects to work on. Six-week sabbaticals every four years are nice. Autodesk has a bright future for delivering great products to creative individuals around the world.

Cons

No additional vacation days for longer employment. Teams working on specific initiatives, features, or products are largely local so advancement outside a particular group, generally means relocation.

Amazing, dedicated customer and channel base Phenominal technology/products Great flexibility in terms of work-at-home options Sabbatical program that makes all the BS almost worth it

Cons

Lack of sophistication & commitment at senior levels in terms of brand building and marketing "Management by consensus" at the C-staff level makes it difficult to move things forward Lots of reorgs and restacks that don't seem to make things better, only more confusing
