Smart, capable co-workers who are willing to collaborate and work constructively together. Good benefits and telecommuting options are available. Understanding and appreciation of work-life balance. San Francisco location at One Market is very convenient.

Cons

Managers who cannot manage effectively. Frequent org changes with no rhyme or reason. Shiny object syndrome. Job titles are random and not aligned in any way.
