Pros

Tons of interesting work. Very busy dependent on the group you work in. There is a lot of room to bring forth and execute on ideas. Managers are nice and care about employees.

Cons

Sometimes you find yourself taking work home. Not sure if this is a con, or more of a result of being so interested in the work.

Pros

Good people and great offices. Systems in place to support functions. There is a pretty good stock purchase plan for employees. Also, they have a pretty competitive benefits package. Also, espresso machine on every floor.

Cons

Long hours, global schedule, so you may have to join done really early our really late calls. If you have to commute to the HQ, it can be a challenge.
