      Pros

      Work is interesting and challenging with always lots to do. Colleagues are friendly and helpful with everyone always pulling together to get things done.

      Cons

      Small Heath isn't the nicest area of Birmingham but has good public transport and road links plus there's ample onsite parking. Birmingham itself has vastly improved for night life over the last 10 years.
