Pros

One of the best companies to be employed by. A large corporation with lot's of different teams in different locations all of which have their own ways of working. Toronto office has a great culture, people of all different ages, great social events, lot's of talented people working together. The company has great health benefits, stock purchase plan, RRSP matching and a very nice office including showers and bike room!

Cons

Just as in any large company there's a lot of noise at the managerial level and it can be hard to navigate the agenda du jour, but individual contributors rarely have to deal with any of the politics. Sometimes business decisions being made don't seem to make sense from your stand point and the trickling down of communications from VP to producer level isn't always the greatest but great work and innovation still gets done all around.
