- Culture of respect and innovation - Everyone acts like a grown up - Very supportive of career development - Focused on making the right decision for the long term

Cons

- Would love to see Autodesk offer better perks - i.e. larger wellness reimbursement - If you are a process above anything else type of person, Autodesk would not be a good fit
