There is great work-live balance here - I really feel like the company - at least on my team in my experience - understands that employees need to be whole individuals with life outside of work, in order to really succeed at work. There aren't any unwritten rules about working on the weekends or not taking breaks.

Cons

Once you're hired, it's really difficult to get a promotion.
