      Pros

      Its been a paradigm shift Autodesk has been going through, by aligning self, in response to fast changing market climate and client demand. Focus on Cloud and customer focus has been at top. Management in India encourages go-getters attitude . Fun place to work !! India leadership always give rewards and recognition to all the hard work done for company.

      Cons

      Fewer people who still work the old way and are not aligned with the new business model of Company , which keeps pulling back the new comers and makes it uncomfortable for them.
