Pros
Good salary, good benefits, nice office. You can learn a lot as long as you're motivated to make that happen.
Cons
Management is not interested in supporting their staff professionally or otherwise. They do not respect the great commitment that their employees have to the company, or should I say 'had to the company'. They do not nurture they're own.
