Good benefits, good colleagues, handled tech layoffs well

Pros

-Opportunities to grow e.g. coaching service -Managers 'are' resourced -Job task diversity -Thorough training -Layoffs in February were handled well. Generous compensation for employees still in probation period. They made every effort to hire back employees if they could -Benefits were plenty and made for all round good feeling

Cons

-Manager headcount reduced in recent layoffs so not sure how the human resources are managing today -Quite a large learning curve (not necessarily a con for some people)
