Pros

The company has well designed structure and management like any MNCs, house funding is especially a good allowance for employee. They also grant RSU to employees based on their serving time.

Cons

The department itself improves slowly all these years, with legacy problem to be improved. You may encounter unreasonable customers for this role, requesting product help/service that has retired, which could be tricky to handle given they might give you negative feedback.
