Its organized firm, alot of system in places You can get good experience fast but depending with your unit manager Smaller office are the best as you work as family

Cons

Its too big, so sometimes it create a lot of bureaucracy The management cares only about cash and not people too many procedures which creates ineffectiveness

Pros

Aurecon embrace the flexible working conditions and have some really progressive, exciting culture change going on. Most of the people employed by Aurecon are top notch - professional, friendly, supportive and intelligent.

Cons

There is perhaps a bit too much stress put on lower ranks while the top echelons of the company focus on how shiny and modern the company is. There are a lot of people down on the ground doing some very long hours and working under enormous pressure which seems to be overlooked sometimes.
