Good culture Fun social club Interesting projects Some good managers Flexibility Despite being large, most people in the offices tend to know each other (in a good way) At the junior level I was given interesting projects and good responsibilities quite quickly, which will work well when I go to find a new employer in a couple of years.

Cons

Slow to address salary increases Senior staff are stretched with the company earning too many jobs

Very supportive team, interesting projects, excellent training. Good performance is recognised. The company were fair and treated me very well.
