Pros

Pays very well for no experience. HAs very good bennies. Fun job great coworkers. Training is good. Good location free popcorn( McDonalds desk only) and free fountain soda. Advance meant opportunities.

Cons

No raises everybody makes the same amount. case loads only grow they slowly expect more and more out of you. Can not be sick on a sunday or you might not get paid for a couple weeks. Management is decent but over worked.

Lots of support project, less work

Cons

They acquire other companies very frequently and start a new policy, no extra benefits apart from salary, HR doesn't know about policies

Management not utilizing resource correctly and you will may not get role as committed in Interview
