Now all policies are changed no good salary no flexibility so no pros

Cons

You will get title but no salary hike after grade change and promotions also. Crowd is below avg knowledge.

Cons

- Very pathetic Pay hike & appraisals - Support functions really need improvement - Most of the things drives from Mumbai office
