If you are joining as sr manager and above then it will be the best job because the thing you need to do is speak with client , say ok to every thing that client says then tell employees under you that client had put 'bla bla bla....' target / expectation or some similar word , if your employee argues stop her saying by anything and then relax and relax and relax. Do not listen to any problem.
