Pros

It's not as bad as other big consultancy firms like Accenture, Everis, and the like. however, depending on the area where you work you can have luck and have great managers which value employees and don't let you make overtime. But in other areas unpaid overtime is expected.

Cons

The pay less than other consultant firms, freezing salaries for years. The upper management is really bad. They have people with great experience unassigned because they prefer younger inexperienced people with costs they less. In the end, the projects have to be ended by huge amounts of unpaid overtime.

Pros

A place to start working and adquire experience

Cons

A lot of negative point to list. Atos offered me a Job promotion but mantaining the same salary as before. They promised me to increase my salary in 2 or 3 month according to my new position and my responsability. It has been nearly 2 years since Atos promised me to increase my salary according to my current position and they didn't do it, I'm still waiting.

Pros

Excellent colleagues, temporary financial support for a stay in Tenerife

Cons

The company wants to get something for nothing - that is, they do not want to invest into training, facilities, equipment, personel, etc. Pay is bad and differs a lot depending on whether you are hired by the company directly or one of the temp agencies. No benefits at all, and if hired by the company directly they won't even pay for working on public holidays, will just give you a day off. No growth opportunities other than for friends of managers. No matter whether you are good or bad at your job you will be treated the same way - as disposable material. The company does not make any effort to keep talented employees and managers. Bullying by teamleaders is common and not dealt with in an appropriate way. And one can only feel sorry for good teamleaders because their workload is huge and they are on call 24/7, but they get paid almost the same as agents, sometimes less, so there is no motivation to try to get promoted to that position. This workplace is only good as a temporary financial support for a nice stay in Tenerife.
