Pros

Has the potental to be a great place to work.

Cons

They plant is mostly manned by tempory employees with high turn over. Management demands unrealistc production. Management does not support the line, and fails to provide the tools needed to do the job safely and in a timely manner. Many of the employees are either drunks or pill heads who do not show up to work on a regular basis. Planners or suppliers do not provide the proper on hand supply of parts to keep the line producing products and provide hours for the employees to provide for thier families. The pay is subpar for the type of product that is being provided, management does not provide training for the employees regular or temp.

Pros

People are friendly. Close and open working environment. As an intern, I was allowed to work with and learn from the controller and other management.

Cons

There is gossip about promotions. There are not many downsides, as I was only an intern. Perhaps the location of the Garland branch.
