      Not a bad place to work...just don't expect high pay

      Pros

      good work/life balance 3 weeks vacation in first year and a personal holiday good benefits global company with lots of opportunities to move around 80% of managers recruited from within

      Cons

      low to average pay small (1-3%) across the board yearly raises small bonuses if given at all lots of "older" been there forever employees who fear change

      Pros

      Being a global company you are afforded opportunities to meet and work with colleagues from many different cultures throughout the world.

      Cons

      Not all management is sufficiently trained or knowledgeable in the required disciplines. Many lack cultural sensitivity training which on occasion leads to poor decisions that can adversely affect the company.
