      Terrible culture and demotivating

      Pros

      There are some good people that work here, but with turnover there's less and less. It's a clean safe environment. Benefits are decent. Pay is low.

      Cons

      Issues with "yes men" in management positions so that real issues don't get addressed. HR needs to be more present. Focus on nitpicking small issues when there are bigger issues that need to be fixed. Drunk and high people on the job makes it hard to feel motivated to do your best.

      Leave and Insurance policy, soft skills training, sustenance - Even when market is performing low in Mining;

      Cons

       Less local career opportunities,  Long work/ stay hours,  Not much professional development programs,  Blue collared laws and Not much support from local IT/HR/Finance teams.
