Pros
There are some good people that work here, but with turnover there's less and less. It's a clean safe environment. Benefits are decent. Pay is low.
Cons
Issues with "yes men" in management positions so that real issues don't get addressed. HR needs to be more present. Focus on nitpicking small issues when there are bigger issues that need to be fixed. Drunk and high people on the job makes it hard to feel motivated to do your best.
