Pros

If you are looking for a National organization, then Ascension is a great one. They are in multiple states so if you are looking to move internally there is a good chance you'd be able to. Great pay/benefits/front loaded PTO for salaried employees.

Cons

Leadership isn't always logical about decisions that are made and don't adhere to the feedback given from the workers who experience the day to day functions of the organization.
