Trying to be on the forefront of technology in healthcare. Constantly making changes to offer better solutions for IT solutions in their hospitals.

Cons

Communication is definitely an issue. Has a hard time communicating out downtimes, patches, and changes. Seems to expect miracles out of its staff at times. Once moved a deadline up 6 months that was unattainable.

St Thomas before Ascension was a stellar hospital with kind, caring & competent staff. I see nothing that indicates it is faith based now. NOTHING! The nuns are gone and it is all about the $$. They care nothing about patient care or their staff. ZERO. Forced to work overtime and still work understaffed.
