      Really Rough IT Epic Shop when is Secretly Farmed Out to Contractors- Lack of Alignment - Lots of Facade

      Leadership is willing to pay well.

      Cons

      Insane disconnect between executive leadership and their 'IT Department'. Ascension should not have to farm out work to contractors, but they do for all of their Epic work. This leads to an insane amount of costs, and the 'IT Leadership' really is just a facade. Significant misalignment between the local and national markets. Way too top-heavy, so nothing gets done.
