When i started there, it was great

Pros

People cared and understanded you you can see that people care about what they are doing and not over staffed you with so many patients

Cons

the over stocked you with patients, two ACP on the floor for all the patients and yes if you got luck, you did get help from a good nurse that dont mind helping out and geting hands dirty, but most of all to many patients and not enough pay.

flex options, large hospital with many dept's and needs.

Cons

semi private rooms too small for equiptment and unsafe. high acuity in progressive care area and not enough staff or support. not enough nursing support and pt's often go without the care they need or deserve.
