Pros

Management has been great, they listen and get things done/fixed. The pay has recently gone up so we are now competitive. Call pay is good! $5/hr and automatic 4 hours if you get called in. There are always hours to be picked up if you want it. Right now we are staffed but management will work with you so you can get whatever hours you are looking for.

Cons

It’s issues like any other hospital. Things can always be done better. People will always complain. There is little petty drama, nothing crazy. The doctors are so nice and helpful. They love to teach. The benefits are expensive but from my experience that’s been at any hospital I’ve worked for
