Great coworkers and learning experience!

Cons

Higher HR structure means there isn’t lenience for days off. Etc hospital stay or doctors visit with note does not matter for missed days in HR

Good supplies and upkeep, but staffing is unsafe

Pros

Supplies are always available and the facility is kept in good condition with excellent house keeping services.

Cons

Staffing is notoriously unsafe 95% of the time. Nurses and nurse assistants are constantly written up for missed tasks not due to incompetence but due to staffing making it impossible to complete the required duties.
