      Overworked, underpaid and undervalued

      Location of the office is great

      Behind the times in a lot of ways. Pay is not great compared to the work load. Internal system is very behind. Company as a whole is very dated. All of management are friends in real life.

      free parking in the parking lot, cafeteria has really healthy food options, co-workers are nice, but they end up leaving

      Cons

      ED manager, charge nurses and educator are rude and disrespectful to staff. We can't keep alot of nurses cuz they run them off with their abrasive attitudes. I learned alot from our travelers during COVID. Management was so rude to them, It stressful as they have alot of broken equipment. I left becuase they were behind on pay checks so be careful they also don't pay the sign on bonus.
