upper management, no loyality to staff working for them. you will be and are just a grunt. they really could care less about you.

times, money is good, different people everyday

Cons

no structure, union does not help, managers rarely lasted more than 6 months, so we were constantly changing rules, practices, some were for the better but most were just confusing. Never made a lasting relationship with managers because they always switched.
