      Cons

      Blatant sexual harassment committed by positions of authority. It was embarrassing and degrading. It happened multiple times. Inappropriate touching and language made me so uncomfortable I had to leave. Higher-ups will not listen to you if you report sexual harassment. The corruption runs deep it’s just a big social club that aims to protect itself and churn out as many employees as they can.

      Ninguno, jamas había trabajado en una empresa tan poco preocupada por su talento humano.

      Cons

      Cultura organizacional solo para unos cuantos, en linkedin es la empresa maravilla, pero la realidad es muy diferente, enterarse es facil basta con hacer breve sondeo interno, los altos mandos hacen desayunos o comidas con la dirección para “escuchar” sugerencias pero todo se va a saco roto. No hay transparencia en procesos internos, crece el que mejor se la lleve con el jefe, así no cumpla requisitos, los feedback son insulto a la inteligencia de los demás. Lamentablemente es un lugar donde se premia la mediocridad.
