      Good Money but limited pontential for growth or opporitunity

      Pros

      Great money and great turnover on tables! There are very good tips here most travelers are not afraid to stay for 5 minutes and leave a large tip.

      Cons

      The management is very inconsiderate of the waiters and bartenders input. Managementis constantly rolling out intiatives that must be implemented and removing old ones; there is very lmited stability.

      Pros

      It's a decent place if you are looking for short term employment, while on your path to your actual career. Nice co-workers, though don't get used to seeing them around because of the high turnover rate.

      Cons

      Not a place to secure a career. High turnover at this company. Not enough communication with employees by management. Low pay, bad benefits and erratic working hours.

      Pros

      They allow overtime and hours of work are great.

      Cons

      Managers have nasty attitudes, they don't speak when someone above them has made them(mostly women) mad. Managers don't know how to manage. They hire anyone that need a job and then get mad when they guest survey comes back and has a negative score. Don't have monthly staff meetings only managers meetings. Don't offer incentives or anything when guest gives great feedback. If your a breaker they allow them to roam around freely after they are done. No room for growth.
