      Better than average salary; but extreme attention to billability. You can go far, but you need to be a squeaky wheel.

      Pros

      Large company with many opportunities if you can get plugged into the right group, or have a management working with you. Salary is better than most, and bonuses at the upper levels of the organization are best in the industry.

      Cons

      Extreme attention to cost and financial billability. You can be fully billable, and be laid off in short order if future billability looks weak. Also limited mobility to different project teams or groups unless you have a mentor/corporate sponsor.
