      They hire you with even with no experience If you love cars, you will be able to test them in the best facilities Young teams with nice enviroment

      Cons

      The salary is the lowest and don't expect to improve it Human Resources treat you like a number and struggleling to save each cent You don't get the payslip until several weeks later, and never by pdf (finally you discover that always something is missing) Low cost engineering = Low quality results

      Pros

      Nice people to work with. But company is going through cuts and many people have made redundant. Many will be gone in near future. Please do think hard before joining this organization.

      Cons

      No Training No Pay raise No Appraisal No Structure in place Very high employee turnover - current employees are not motivated at all.
