      Despite the incredibly poor senior management there are many dedicated and skilled employees

      Employees are being driven away by worsening decisions where their corporate schemers are constantly looking to boost there numbers

      Great Industry to learn about how much the public are unaware of how much their safety is or should be paramount

      Old Hats in the UK Offices still Northern/MB Inspection Too Many Managements who take a high pay yet where Hired with no knowledge of NDT, that's scarey. Pay is crap, always penny pinching, Integrity is shambolic, Inspections too frightening to list. No training, Falkirk staff inexperienced & just bum seat to their next position.. HR office rude, power abusers, have no real passion other than their title, on the whole, they should go back to training college and learn manners in customer care, Unfortunately Applus need to tackle UK & Scotland Company too many leaders & not enough workers
