      Pros

      AppDynamics has afforded me the opportunity to be promoted twice in 3 years, while making the most money in my entire sales career, which is rare as a leader. Our execs get behind us, the product works, and Cisco has not negatively impacted us in any way. AppDynamics consistently invests in our employees, and we are regularly receiving coaching, training, and development. As we have grown, promotions have become a quarterly thing.

      Cons

      There are no days off...when customers want your product, you don't get alot of time off.

      The best sales job in the world

      Pros

      - Incredible training and support. So long as you are willing to work hard, they will support you every step of the way. You'll notice growth even within the interview process. - Unrivalled compensation and benefits. - True meritocracy, the more you put in the more you get out, with constant incentives motivating you to reach your professional and personal goals. - Genuinely inspiring leadership. Management leads by example and continually trains and develops you. - Brilliant social atmosphere - regular work socials and nights out, training in San Francisco, fiscal year kick off trips to Vegas and big incentives.

      Cons

      - The hours are long, and there's no excuses. Once you're settled and have business coming in you can be more flexible, but be prepared for 15 hour days and logging on at weekends for the first few months. - Initial onboarding could be more structured, however this is actively being developed, ready to roll out for new starters.
