      Pros

      Great encouraging and supportive leadership Promotional opportunities every quarter. (Career advancements) Family atmosphere, where everyone has a genuine interest in you as an individual and employee. Great benefits being aligned with Cisco (Insurance Day 1, 401k match, ESP) Work life balance. Catered breakfast, lunch and kitchen full of snacks/bevg. Weekly massage Sales atmosphere, but not micromanage. AppDynamics gives everyone REGARDLESS background the ability to grow — personally, professionally, and financially!

      There is no Freshman 15, rather the AppD 15! :)

      AppDynamics -- Great company to work for!

      Pros

      I get to work with very intelligent people who are building a highly complex SaaS product -- all while maintaining a strong team atmosphere. The work-life balance is great, the perks are great, and the Company is headed to the moon!

      Cons

      Because the Software is so complicated, the job can be fairly demanding from an intellectual / stress perspective.
