People are friendly and professional and managers are supportive - good teamwork. Hard work is recognised and benefits package is good.

Cons

Some of the systems feel really outdated and slow so everything takes longer to do - need some IT investment.

Pros

Create corporate culture. They promote team work and career development. The application process was very easy and on boarding was thorough. The work load is very well balanced.

Cons

There is extensive ways to learn about news and upcoming events which can be cumbersome to look through. The volume of emails from corporate is fairly high so it can be challenging to read and go through everything.

Low cost benefits, and enough hours of PTO.

Cons

They will advertise a lot of great perks and quality bonuses during orientation, but please be aware that none of them are true. Salary increases are non existent. They will hire you to work with one client, then before you know it, you will be handling 4 or 5. CSR get low pay, but are responsible not only to do their job, but also they have to function as trainers, supervisors, work on cases, and every named project.
