Low cost benefits, and enough hours of PTO.
Cons
They will advertise a lot of great perks and quality bonuses during orientation, but please be aware that none of them are true. Salary increases are non existent. They will hire you to work with one client, then before you know it, you will be handling 4 or 5. CSR get low pay, but are responsible not only to do their job, but also they have to function as trainers, supervisors, work on cases, and every named project.
