      work load is not so heavy, and the development cycle for each product is too long, it is very common for the schedula daley in every PL

      Some groups are extremely risk averse which hampers the growth of their engineers.

      Good people. Help during bad times.

      Cons

      If you are in digital team not much great work. Excellent work in Analog, Mixed signal and Mems in Bangalore. Digital products vision is not great. No great incentives or bonuses.
