      Freedom to take decision even at entry level No stringent deadlines All believe here "it's okay to make mistakes". Believe me in hardware industry, mistakes are way costly but people here are helpful about it. No bossism.

      Cons

      Moderate salary. Relatively Slow pace project execution. No work-from home policy. Not much cultural events.

      One of the greatest technology companies. Product portfolio is very diversified. Company vision and strategy are very clear. Great culture. Annual general technology conference is superior.

      Cons

      You need to be careful about some groups through newly acquisition. Some people came into power and kept the start-up mentality. Very demanding from top down.
