      Pros

      I was given flexible hours and lots of responsibility. I was treated as a full time employee with paid days off and sick days. Fellow employees were very knowledgeable and helped guide me with questions I asked.

      Cons

      Not a fun work environment. Very isolated and defined role. Little interaction with coworkers outside meetings. Some meetings were not time well spent.
