      Provides good working environment to grow technically and otherwise, very competitive compensation for the employees, well organized and attention to provide quality products

      Cons

      Like any other large company, it can be slow to respond to immediate needs of employees to get the job done. A bit too conservative when markets slow down. Would rather cut costs rather than use some of the cash...

      Pros

      Good place to work if you are looking for relaxed work environment. The main focus is on technology, and employees are not pushed forward.

      Cons

      Decision making is very slow. Lots of bureaucracy. Too many managers. Sometimes they lose the focus of customer and try to chase the best performance even though it is not needed.
