      Pros

      Good Working environment and good people too but not all. Many are perverts.

      Cons

      Politics is evident. I worked 6 years as a Line Tech. and I got a back pay of only 10k pesos.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. You get to work with great people who are very smart and you get to work with cutting edge technology. The new CEO seems aggressive and is fast tracking the advance of the company (although this has led to more layoffs with the acquisitions).

      Cons

      Lots of red tape with many many layers of middle management and inefficiencies as a result of the red tape. Lots of paper work that accompanies red tape. Salaries could be higher.

      Stable company, global workforce, opportunities for broad learning and to work on whole projects, good benefits like vacation/health/401k, good people

      Cons

      Slow moving, poor at mentoring, lower salaries than other tech, unclear advancement path with some cronyism, to much legacy business processes and inefficiencies, inconsistent management quality (middle managers at least), lack of diversity
